Delivery Policy

a) Door-step delivery shall be within Singapore only at a flat rate of S$5.00.

b) Customer shall be informed on the delivery date and time slot via an SMS/Whatsapp. Please kindly text 98422659 if no SMS/Whatsapp is received within 1 working day.

c) Delivery shall be fulfilled between 1- 3 working days depending on the area and volume of orders.

Exchange Policy

We take great pride in ensuring that our products are of great quality and condition. You may exchange the items within 7 days in the following cases:

a) You have received a defective item

b) There is an error in the item you received based on your order placed

Please note that you must keep the product(s) in the state when you received. We will deliver and exchange the items at our cost. Return/exchange will not be accepted other than those stated above.

Exchange FAQ

Q: After using a product, I find that it’s not what I want. Can I return it?

A: We do not accept returns once the product has been opened and used.

Q: The product is damaged. Can I exchange it?

A: You can exchange the product if the product is already damaged when delivered to you. We will bear the delivery cost and replace with a new product. In the event that the damaged item is no longer available, we will advise you to replace with another product.

Q: I broke the goods but I’ve never used it. Can I return it?

A: We will only accept exchange if the goods are already broken before it reaches you. We do not accept exchange or return otherwise.

Q: I do not need an item anymore, can I return it and get a refund?

A: Item(s) are non-refundable once sold. We will allow exchanges according to the exchange policies.
